Despite its compact footprint, the interior opens generously onto the landscape through expansive windows and two large floor-to-ceiling glass panes facing the sea. These elements amplify the perception of space while drawing natural light into the very heart of the project.

The perimeter is wrapped in a neutral, continuous finish that both frames and integrates two bathrooms distinguished by bolder chromatic accents, creating a refined interplay of contrasts.

At the entrance, a glossy ceiling in a deep burgundy hue marks the transition into the living area, guiding the eye toward the moment when the maritime panorama is finally revealed. The volumes themselves become active architectural elements: a reflective core incorporates the built-in storage and subtly separates the living space from the bedroom, while the kitchen island defines the cooking area and establishes a direct dialogue with the living room.

Outdoors, the expansive terrace becomes a true seaside living room—an extension of the interior conceived for everyday use—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or sharing an aperitivo at sunset.
